About me
I remember making my first cake from scratch by myself when I was only eleven. It was a lemon pound cake that came out beautifully, and I was hooked from that moment on. I knew in high school that I wanted to be a pastry chef and was lucky enough to be able to take culinary classes in high school. From there, I went to culinary school and acquired a degree in culinary arts. After doing so, I worked in some of the finest bakeries Greensboro has to offer, such as; Fantasia Desserts, Ganache, and Catering by Ellyn. Since then, I have moved to the Raleigh area and become the mom of a precious little girl. I have been making cakes for family and friends, and have just recently decided to start making them for others as well!
Cakes come in all flavors and sizes. I love to do anything out of the ordinary, so please let me know if you have something in mind that is a little unusual.
